impatience
October 18, 2007 on 5:12 pm | In Questions and Comments | 2 CommentsHi,
I’m very impatient. How long should I wait before I get results in an ad? I know its depending on the ad. This one is very good, that a whole lot less … But when I take an average of the ads how long will it take?
Thanks in advance!
Roel

In my very limited experience if you had 300 clicks and no sales you should start to smell something that’s not working…. If I had 500 clicks and zero sales I would move on to another promotion and not look back. It could be your ad, but it also could be your offer.
Best of luck,

Roel,
I’m just catching up on these posts after a long weekend. Sorry for the delay.
As far as time is concerned, you need to wait for the referral period to end to really know what you EPC is exactly, but don’t spend more than a few times your expected commission if you don’t see any early commissions, as most of your commissions should come the day of the click.
Check to see if your program uses batch processing, and when they did their last batch run if they did, and plan accordingly.
